Delivery Information

Delivery is free, and you should recieve your good within 7 days. We aim to dispatch the good on the day of the order and they are all sent by Courier or Royal Mail recorded delivery, first class.

Security Information

Our secure server software encrypts all personal information given over this site - including card numbers, names and addresses. Encryption occurs on entry, converting your information into pieces of code which are then transmitted down the line to a decryption program on our computer

No customer of ours has reported fraudulent card use as a result of a purchase made.

Payment Methods

We take Switch, Visa or Mastercard. If you want to pay by any other means, please call us on 0870 2248661

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, starting from the day after the day the order is received. Any costs involved in the return of goods to us, are the only charges that will be incurred by yourselves. All monies will be returned within 30 days of cancellation.
Should the goods be faulty, please call 0870 2248661 and we will arrange the replacement without charge. The line is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, or contact us outside these time via e-mail.
